What if we go back in 2010 and buy Bitcoin? Bitcoin was only 8 cents (0.08$) in 2010 and we decide to buy 1000$ of BTC , which means in 2021 it’s worth as of the time of this writing is nearly $750 Million Today isn’t it crazy?
Cryptocurrencies have gone from an obscure part of finance to centre-stage over the last year. In the space of 12 months, bitcoin has exploded from trading at $8,166 on 8 March 2020 to hitting all-time highs of over $58,000 in April 2021 and now trading at $54,011 on 2 April.
After Bitcoin many new currencies modeled and some are the improved versions of Bitcoin. Some of these currencies have some impressive features that Bitcoin does not and the level of security that Bitcoin’s networks achieves has also been improved in these in some cases i.e. the ability to handle more transactions per second or use different consensus algorithms like proof-of-stake. A cryptocurrency, broadly defined, is currency that takes the form of tokens or “coins” and exists on a distributed and decentralized ledger. As Bitcoin continues to lead the pack of cryptocurrencies in terms of market capitalization, user base, and popularity other virtual currencies such as Ethereum are being used to create decentralized financial systems for those without access to traditional financial products.
What if you get the same possibility in 2021!
The point is what if you invest in upcoming Cryptocurrencies today as you would have done back in 2010 by having the same possibility in 2021 and in next few years you wil be the one of millionaires on this planet ever thought of that? If yes this is the right moment and it’s never late. This is my opinion, but how could it ever be too late to invest in something that has shown consistent uptrends since it’s inception?
But, I know I definitely am and have been for a couple of years now. I don’t have as much as I would like to have but I am growing my Cryptocurrency collection consistently.
